MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Selected sizes/products are "made-to-order" only. Please allow up to 3 weeks for fulfillment on these items.

DELIVERY: Input address and then select from the following options

• METRO: Please allow 1-2 business days for parcel arrival once order is fulfilled.
• REGIONAL: Please allow 2-4 business days for parcel arrival once order is fulfilled.
